TORMAX acquires CJ Rush

TORMAX has acquired CJ Rush being a leading manufacturer of automatic and manual revolving door systems and balanced door systems in North America. CJ Rush's products ideally complement the existing high quality product portfolio of TORMAX. The integration of CJ Rush into TORMAX will result in an extended offering with a product portfolio covering the full range of pedestrian and industrial door systems. The CJ Rush factory in Toronto will continue to produce the high-quality products and will be expanded in order to produce TORMAX products as well. The close collaboration with the TORMAX R&D centre will allow the CJ Rush products to be further developed in the future.
